MPBuild is a successful and award-winning builder with over 50 years of construction experience throughout Queensland and NSW. Due to continuous growth in the residential sector, an opportunity for a talented and motivated Residential Construction Site Supervisor has become available in the Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Region.  The successful candidate will preferably be local to the region and have strong networking relationships with local trades and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities of the Site Supervisor/Builder:

  • Oversee multiple residential projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate material deliveries and manage subcontractors
  • Liaise closely with subcontractors and internal teams
  • Ensure projects adhere to budget, timelines, and high-quality standards
  • Uphold company policies and take a hands-on approach to carpentry tasks as required.
  • Take a hands-on approach to carpentry work where needed.

To be considered for this position you will have:

  • Only Australian citizens or permanent residents eligible to work full-time and permanently in Australia will be considered
  • A minimum of 5 years experience working within a Site Supervisory role
  • Excellent technical and working knowledge of the QLD Residential Building Industry
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and programming skills
  • An ability to manage and liaise professionally with subcontractors on site
  • Good networking relationships with trades and suppliers within the Wide Bay-Burnett region
  • QBCC Site Supervisors Licence (Essential)
  • Carpentry Trade Certificate (Essential)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • An innate eye for detail
  • An understanding of OHS regulatory codes
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
