Your Role

Responsibilities

As a Construction Supervisor, you'll oversee multiple detached housing projects from site cut through to handover. You'll be responsible for:
  • Coordinating trades, suppliers, and site teams to meet key milestones
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Monitoring budgets, timelines, and site progress
  • Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams

What You Bring
  • Demonstrated experience in volume residential construction
  • QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (required)
  • NSW Supervisor Licence (required or willingness to obtain)
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction (required)
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and time management skills
  • White Card and valid Driver's Licence
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
