We are currently recruiting for Construction Site Supervisors for our client, on the Gold Coast, an innovative building & Development company, building residential homes in high end and multi
- residential projects.

**The role**

As the
**Construction Site Supervisor** your role will be to report to the manage the construction team including subcontractors.
- Supervising residential home projects from site start through to the final inspection and maintenance phase
- Engage, coordinate and manage trades throughout each stage of the construction.
- Ensure quality homes and townhouses are built within set budget and timeframe.
- Enforce and adhere to building practice and OH & S regulations.
- Maintain strong and ongoing relationships with trades, suppliers, and clients.
- Communicate with Construction Manager regularly of building schedule, budget and any issues raised during construction.
- Complete required paperwork and reporting.

**Applicants**
To be successful in the position the following attributes are desirable:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the industry
- A white card
- Current building / supervisor license is highly advantageous
- Having worked on minimum 3 storey properties is advantageous
- Must have an excellent understanding of WH&S regulations and quality assurance systems.
- Excellent time management and ability to reschedule/reprioritise workload to meet schedules and avoid delays.
- Strong computer skills
- Experience in using Onsite Companion is desirable but not essential.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork.
- Positive attitude and great willingness to learn.
- Current Drivers’ License.
