About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Speech Pathologist to provide person-centred therapy and communication support across home, school, and community settings. The role offers flexibility, professional growth, and meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans.
- Support clients with communication, social skills, and swallowing difficulties.
- Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Keep accurate documentation in line with NDIS and organisational standards.
- Provide services in person and via telehealth when appropriate.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Current membership or eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Knowledge of NDIS and disability sector (preferred).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Current Working With Children Check, Police Check, and Driver's Licence.
