About Us
At ESA Deakin and Queanbeyan, we provide Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Physiotherapy services to support children and young people in developing their play, communication, self-care, and learning skills. Our team is known for its collaboration, compassion, and creativity.

- 40+ hours of CPD annually – including monthly in-house training, national/state clinical meetings, paid PD leave, and a personal PD budget

The Role
- Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy to a diverse paediatric caseload
- Work across clinic, home, school, and telehealth settings
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals

What You’ll Need
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Full registration with SPA
- New grads and early career therapists are strongly encouraged to apply
- A passion for working with children and families
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Compliance with relevant checks: WWCC, Police Check, NDIS screening, First Aid, Driver’s License
