WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Running food & beverages to guests in a timely manner
  • Taking orders
  • Clearing and cleaning tables to a high standard
  • Making sure meals and service reach all expectations
  • Answer customers' queries
  • Delivering excellent customer service, to all bistro and event guests.
  • Work events, including weddings, Christmas parties, cocktail parties and other functions.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Hospo experience preferred - or just a willingness to learn
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Current RSA or willingness to get one
  • POS skills & experience with reservation systems
  • Positive attitude & work ethic
  • Weekends, public holiday & plenty of event evening shifts
  • Coffee and bar experience
