About the Role:

I Ragazzi, a small and intimate Italian restaurant specialising in the simple yet delicious flavours of Italian/Sicilian cooking, is seeking a dedicated Front of House staff member to join our growing hospitality team.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our customers. Your main duties will include greeting and seating guests, taking reservations, managing the waitlist, and providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:


• Warmly welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements


• Manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist


• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests' needs are met


• Take and deliver food and drink orders promptly and accurately


• Offer recommendations from the menu and answer any customer inquiries


• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area


• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service operations


• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints

Requirements:


• Experience in a similar role is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


• Flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends


• Passion for providing outstanding hospitality experiences
