About the role

Intelligeneer Solution is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Underwood, QLD. This is a casual position, offering flexible work hours to suit your lifestyle. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor
  3. Handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
  4. Maintaining a clean and organized retail environment
  5. Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  6. Collaborating with the retail team to achieve sales targets
  7. Adhering to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work well in a team and independently
  4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  6. Enthusiasm for providing a top-notch customer experience
