
Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, board papers, and presentations as required.
- Manage email correspondence and communication on behalf of the MD, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Assist with project coordination, research tasks, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Act as a liaison between the Managing Director, internal team members, external consultants, stakeholders, and clients.
- Organise and minute meetings, following up on action items to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date records and filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Team and Office Support
- Provide general administrative support to other senior team members as needed.
- Assist with office operations, supplier coordination, and occasional event planning.
- Support HR, marketing, or project administration functions where relevant
Personal Assistance
- Assist the Managing Director and Development Director (when required) with personal appointments, travel, errands, reservations, household management, and other ad hoc personal requests.
- Coordinate logistics for family or private events as required.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all personal matters.
Key Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar EA or senior administrative support role.
- Experience within property development, construction, real estate, or a related industry is desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond.
