eer to join our Urban Development team in Sunshine Coast. This role offers the chance to work on diverse, high-impact projects and contribute your expertise in a collaborative and supportive environme

**nt.

Key responsibilit**

  • ies:Deliver high-quality civil design solutions across a range of proje
  • cts.Contribute to the development of budgets and preparation of fee propos
  • als.Undertake detailed civil design, including earthworks, drainage, car parks, roads, pavements, and utilit
  • ies.Collaborate closely with architects, landscape architects, and other engineers at project meeti
  • ngs.Support project management activities, including scheduling and report
  • ing.Assist with bids, proposals, and other business development initiati
  • ves.Promote continuous improvement in engineering processes and deliv

What do we need fro**

  • m you

Bachelor's degree in civil engine
- ering.Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with NER accredit
- ation.4+ years' experience in civil design for land development, or brownfield pro
- jects.Solid technical expertise in civil design with knowledge of relevant guidelines, Australian Standards, and Local Council Planning Sc
- hemes.Familiarity with brownfield projects, water environments, and water resource manag
- ement.Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD, 12D, Drains, and Microsoft Pr
- oject.Experience in QA processes and design re
