D&J's Civil Construction is a respected and growing company delivering high-quality civil infrastructure projects across South East Queensland. We specialise in civil construction and infrastructure.

We are currently seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join our team and support ongoing and upcoming projects.

About the Role

As a Civil Site Engineer, you'll be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring quality control, managing subcontractors, and assisting in project planning and delivery. You'll work closely with our project managers, supervisors, and clients to keep projects running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting.
  • Liaise with clients, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Manage documentation such as ITP'S, daily diaries & QA documentation

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
  • 1–3 years' experience in civil construction (graduates with site exposure are encouraged to apply).
  • Eager to learn
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of civil standards, safety practices, and quality management.
  • White card & valid drivers licence
