The Opportunity: What Your Impact Will Be

This is a critical role for a proactive lawyer. You won't be a small cog in a big machine; you'll be at the heart of our impact. You will:

• Lead a diverse caseload:
  You'll manage your own legal cases, providing expert advice and representation to our clients on matters including workplace law, discrimination, sexual assault, and gender-based violence.

• Drive systemic change:
  You will actively contribute to our social justice and law reform initiatives, using your legal expertise to challenge and change the system.

• Mentor the next generation:
  You'll guide and coach our team of talented law graduates, paralegals, and interns, fostering their growth and ensuring our legal services are consistently high-quality and impactful.

• Build the business:
  You'll help attract and win new, purpose-aligned work for the firm, contributing directly to our growth and impact (and be rewarded with bonuses for your wins).

  with proven experience running a complex and diverse caseload.
