If you're a relatively junior environment and planning lawyer keen to work at the forefront of global climate change and renewables mandates, this role will offer you a distinct new direction.
Joining a Partner at this global firm, you will be involved in work relating to environment, climate change, and major projects for energy production and its transition to wind, solar and hydro. Ideal for a lawyer in a more traditional E&P team seeking access to work that's internationally significant, this practice works as one with the firm's other teams around the world.
You'll work closely with a sector specialist but also be part of the firm's wider major projects and infrastructure practice. As a whole, this firm has one of the most significant energy practices operating out of Australia so you will be busy, well supported and given a long term platform on which to develop an exciting career.
You will require solid academic background and experience from a known team. You don't need to have done this work before necessarily but you will need to be able to demonstrate and explain a passion for it
