Our current focus is on Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) projects across major Australian cities. These projects are tailored to meet the evolving needs of students while maximising investment performance through intelligent, design-led solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking a well-connected and experienced Capital Raising Specialist to lead investment sourcing for our upcoming PBSA developments. This is a senior-level role suited to someone with a proven track record in securing capital from early-stage land acquisition through to project completion.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong investor network and the capability to independently lead capital raising efforts with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement capital raising strategies aligned with project timelines and funding requirements;

  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with domestic and international investors;

  • Prepare and refine investment proposals, pitch decks, and related documentation;

  • Lead investor presentations, meetings, and roadshows;

  • Work collaboratively with legal and financial advisors to ensure regulatory compliance;

  • Track capital raising progress and adjust strategies as required;

  • Provide insights into market trends, investment structuring, and valuations;

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in capital raising, investment management, or corporate finance (real estate or PBSA/BTR experience highly regarded);

  • Proven success in sourcing capital for development projects;

  • Strong network of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private equity firms, or institutional investors;

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills;

  • In-depth knowledge of Australian investment frameworks and regulatory requirements;

  • Mandarin or additional language skills are highly regarded;

  • Willing to travel (when and if required);

  • Applicants must be Australian citizens or hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
