About the Role

We are seeking motivated and safety-focused Wash Technicians to join our team on a FIFO basis working on a mine site in the Pilbara. This hands-on role involves high-pressure cleaning, vacuum loading, and specialist wash services to ensure equipment and plant are maintained to the highest standard.

Technicians will also have the opportunity to operate a custom-built, mine-spec wash truck. This unit is specifically designed for NDT hot washes and full asset washes across the digger and drill fleet, giving technicians the tools to deliver efficient and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-pressure water blasting and vacuum loading on mobile and fixed plant equipment
  • Complete hot washes for NDT inspections and full asset washes for the digger and drill fleet
  • Conduct manual cleaning and wash-down tasks in accordance with site standards
  • Operate specialised equipment such as jetting units, vacuum loaders, forklifts, and EWPs
  • Complete job reports, safety documentation, and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is safe and operational
  • Follow all site HSE procedures and actively contribute to a strong safety culture

Team Structure

  • Ongoing roster with 1 technician per team (4 technicians in total)
  • Working an alernating swing of days and nights 8 days on 6 days off then 7 days on and 7 nights off

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar industrial cleaning or wash technician role (preferred)
  • High-pressure water blasting ticket (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current HR Driver's License
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
  • Tickets in one or more of the following:
  • Forklift (LF)
  • Working at Heights
  • Confined Space
  • EWP (Elevating Work Platform)
