Scope of works

  • This role is for a Service Technician with a Mechanical trade background to perform preventative maintenance & servicing of Power Generation equipment.
  • Maintenance, and repair of a diesel generators and pump stations
  • Inspection of equipment
  • FIFO to Kalgoorlie then attend various sites to complete jobs as required
  • Liaise with clients regarding requirements & progress of works
  • Complete relevant paperwork
  • Hours for site works will vary depending on scope – approx. 11.5 hrs / day

Requirements & Skills

  • Australian recognised Mechanical trade qualification (HV, HD, LV, Mech Fitter)
  • Experience working with Diesel engines
  • Previous experience with diesel generators an advantage
  • Exposure to Mechanical Testing
  • Worked in the mining/resources sector
  • WA C class driver's license (minimum)
