You'll be working closely with our Founder and Marketing team to capture and create video content for social media, ads, campaigns, events, and client case studies.


The Role

This role is perfect for someone who thrives both behind the lens and in post-production, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of pace, story, and style.

You'll take the lead on planning, shooting, and editing content that cuts through the noise – from long-form case studies and interviews to short-form social media clips and ad creative that converts.

What You'll Do
  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social, paid ads, events, and internal campaigns
  • Repurpose long-form content into high-impact short-form videos and reels
  • Work with the team to brainstorm concepts, scripts, and content ideas
  • Deliver polished, on-brand edits with attention to pacing, captions, transitions, and audio
  • Keep across social trends and video formats to ensure our content stays fresh and effective
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and Paid Ads teams to produce content that drives results
  • Occasionally travel to client sites and events for shoots

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 days availability, Brisbane based (this is an in-person role with one day WFH)
  • 2+ years of proven experience filming and editing (portfolio required)
  • Skilled with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment
  • Confident in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Strong creative instincts for storytelling, hooks, and trend-driven formats
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end and meet deadlines with quick turnarounds
  • Bonus: experience creating ad-style content or working in marketing/agency environments
