Videography & Editor

We're looking for a talented videographer/editor with strong shooting skills and solid editing ability to join our team. While this role is primarily video-focused, there's also room to grow into still photography — and we'll support and mentor you to build confidence with flash, studio, and lifestyle photography if that's something you'd like to develop.

This role is all about capturing compelling video content and bringing it to life in the edit suite. You'll collaborate with our founder, senior producer/editor, and our trusted network of freelancers to deliver professional, creative videos for a wide variety of clients.

It's a varied, flexible role with real creative input. One week you might be filming a corporate story, the next capturing vibrant scenes at a school or not-for-profit event. No two weeks will look the same.

• Full-time with flexible hours
• When not on shoots, you'll work from home (we cover internet + provide gear)
• Lead videography on shoots (corporate, education, lifestyle, events)
• Shoot with Canon C70s, R5s, gimbals, lighting setups, drones and professional audio (lavs, booms, shotguns)
• Run one or two-person crew shoots — direct talent, liaise with clients, and produce while filming
• Edit videos in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve (cutting, colour correction, sound mixing, graphics/titles)
• Back up, prep, and export content for delivery
• Opportunity to take on more advanced edits over time with guidance and collaboration

• Strong videography and editing skills
• Experience with cameras, lighting, audio, and gimbals (Canon/DJI/Aputure or similar)
• Competence in Premiere Pro or Resolve (intermediate level or above preferred)
• Professional, client-facing communication skills
• Based in Brisbane (or nearby) — for shoots and gear pickup/drop-off
• Driver's licence + suitable transport (e.g. car or SUV for gear)
• Willingness to work varied hours (some long shoot days, travel as needed)
• Have (or be able to obtain) a Blue Card/Working With Children Check (we'll cover the cost)

• Photography experience (events, lifestyle, or corporate)
• After Effects/motion graphics skills
• Colour grading in DaVinci
