This is a casual Santa Character role with Scene to Believe, based in one of our Sydney's Santa Photography Sets. As our Santa, you will be spreading holiday cheer and bringing smiles to the faces of children and families visiting our shopping centres this festive season. Email us at

What you'll be doing

  • Providing a magical, memorable experience for children and families as the Santa Character at our shopping centre photography set
  • Engaging with visitors, listening to children's Christmas wishes, and taking photos with them
  • Maintaining a jolly, positive attitude and staying in character throughout your shifts
  • Adhering to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for our guests

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or working with children, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to stay in character and embody the spirit of Santa Claus, enchanting both children and adults
  • A warm, friendly, and approachable demeanour, with a genuine love of the Christmas season
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during the festive period
  • A valid NSW Working With Children Check
