The company is a market leader in the Perth apartment and commercial fit out space. Partnering with some of the largest construction companies in Australia, we successfully complete hundreds of apartments each year. We also work closely with some smaller boutique builders & renovation companies completing kitchen, bathroom, and joinery projects. We pride ourselves on the quality of our kitchen renovations, our customer service, and our functional kitchen designs.

We've been around for just under 10 years, and in that time, we've fostered a great team atmosphere and company culture here. We operate with integrity and rely on open communication in the team. And now we're excited for the opportunity to welcome our next team member on board.

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who has a positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the team at our Rockingham facility. For the right person, this role offers the opportunity to work both autonomously and within a team, while expanding your skillset.

·       Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

·       Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to meet performance and safety standards

·       Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stocktakes

·       Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations

·       Optimise warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency

·       Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments

  • Working cohesively as part of the overall team
  • Displaying Zeel company values

And here is what we require from you:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role for a minimum of Five (5) years

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software
  • Understanding of WHS requirements

  • Forklift licence (desirable)

  • Must be reliable and trustworthy

  • Great work ethic
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Contributes to the success of the team and helps others when needed
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive mindset and attitude
