Job Description

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Manage inventory control, stock levels, and stock rotation processes.
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols within the warehouse environment.
- Coordinate and supervise a team of warehouse staff, including rostering and training.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and dispatch.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline processes and optimise workflows.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Identify and address areas for improvement within warehouse procedures and operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Warehouse Manager should have:

- Proven experience in warehouse management within the transport & distribution industry with cold chain.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Sound knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics processes.
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining workplace health and safety standards.
