Competitive salary and benefits

About your opportunity

Lead a team of administrative professionals supporting Allied Health services at Townsville University Hospital. This role is responsible for supervising staff, managing rosters, improving workflows, and contributing to a positive workplace culture aligned with Queensland Health values.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading administrative teams in a complex healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of hospital systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • This is a Vaccination Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
  • A probationary period may apply.
