We are currently seeking a hands-on, reliable, and experienced Branch Team Leader to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our distribution warehouse. This is a customer-focused leadership role where your ability to lead a team and deliver excellent service will directly impact our customers' experience and satisfaction.
About the Role
As the Branch Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small warehouse team, ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with a customer-first mindset. You will play a key role in driving team performance, maintaining high standards, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfilment to meet and exceed customer expectations.
In this high-volume environment, your organisational skills, leadership, and strong customer service focus will be essential to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a small team to meet daily warehouse targets and deliver exceptional service
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders, maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound freight using online booking systems and phone bookings
- Receive and put away incoming stock efficiently and accurately
- Operate forklifts and assist with manual handling and general warehouse duties as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Be a key point of contact for internal teams and customers, ensuring positive relationships and effective communication
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and customer outcomes

- A strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A current forklift licence and full driver's licence.
- A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational habits.
- A proactive, can-do attitude — you're someone who leads from the front.
