We're seeking an experienced
Training Developer
to design, develop, and maintain high-quality training content for a suite of complex and evolving information systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile environment and enjoys working collaboratively with technical teams to create user-focused learning experiences.

You'll be responsible for producing engaging training content for operators, maintainers, and managers, as well as developing a governance framework that ensures all training remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with ongoing product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain training materials across multiple systems and user groups
  • Align training delivery with system release cycles using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and technical writers to translate technical content into accessible training
  • Establish and manage a governance framework for training lifecycle management
  • Produce content to CMI5 or other relevant eLearning standards
  • Engage with external training bodies to ensure broader training alignment

What We're Looking For:

  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience)
  • Diploma or higher in ICT or related discipline
  • Proven experience in technical training development within VET or complex environments
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Must hold an NV1 security clearance (Australian citizen)

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with CMI5 content development
  • Exposure to Jira, change management, or systems engineering
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles or sustainment organisations
