This role is based from our Melbourne CBD office with regular travel to project office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project scoping, design, and delivery
  • Assist with financial planning, contracts, and approvals
  • Contribute to planning approvals and stakeholder engagement
  • Respond to customer queries and support cross-functional collaboration
  • Help manage risk and review project outcomes

About You

You're a proactive self-starter with experience in property development or transferable skills from related industries. You bring strong stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and a passion for community-focused outcomes. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in a related discipline with prior relevant experience
  • Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter is a must;
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and contract administration.
  • Ability to ask the right questions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Developed stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Resilience and excellent communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Strong report writing skills.
