Site Supervisor – Residential Construction

We are a well-established local Cairns-based building company specialising in new home construction and renovations. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Site Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role:

Working directly under the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for supervising multiple residential projects from start to finish. This includes new home builds and renovation projects across the Cairns region.

This is a great opportunity for someone with trade experience looking to take the next step in their career or an experienced supervisor seeking a role with a supportive and reputable local builder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day supervision of construction sites
  • Coordinating trades and subcontractors
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Conducting quality control and ensuring OH&S compliance
  • Communicating with clients, suppliers, and the construction manager
What We're Looking For:
  • Trade background (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.) – essential
  • Previous site supervision experience preferred but not essential – training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Current Driver's Licence (vehicle provided)
  • White Card and relevant tickets
