About Us

Nathan Contractors is a civil engineering contractor, delivering specialised services in Australia's infrastructure market. Nathan delivers works for Energy, Bridge and roads, Dams, Water, and mining infrastructure projects with a focus on FRP Package of Projects. We work anywhere from northern QLD to Victoria.

Conditions:
  1. Roster: 10/4
  2. Travel: Flights paid for by Nathan Contractors
  3. Transport: From airport to camp / camp to site
Duties will include:
  1. Arrangement of plant, labour & material resources for the project
  2. Direction & monitoring of subcontractors & suppliers
  3. Thorough understanding of OH&S
  4. Maintaining the daily record of site activities
  5. Reading plans
  6. High level communication with internal & external stakeholders
What we are looking for:
  1. Experienced in FRP as a Site Supervisor
  2. Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or similar
  3. Experienced in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks.
  4. Implementation of quality control techniques
  5. Planning & management of daily tasks & activities / ability to assist in managing several teams of employees across various projects.
  6. Be innovative & a problem solver.
  7. Friendly personality & team player
Pre-employment Requirements:
