About the Role

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Construction Manager- you will lead subcontractors and trades, liaise with clients, and maintain strong compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations for residential projects
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery
  • Monitor construction schedules, progress, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
  • Conduct quality checks to maintain high construction standards
  • Provide clear communication and updates to clients, management, and stakeholders
  • Resolve site issues and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Site or Construction Supervisor in the residential building sector
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and WHS regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Trade qualification or relevant construction management background
