Position: We are seeking a Site Supervisor to become a core member of our team. You will play a vital role in resourcing and delivering high quality civil construction projects across the Far North. You will use your leadership skills to drive production and meet client expectations. Developing others will be key to your success, you will need to carefully select and manage your crew.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor/Foreman in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to build a strong team
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee construction activities, follow program, understand the project budget and deliver to local construction standards.
  • Supervise and manage a team of construction workers, ensuring they work efficiently and safely to achieve project objectives.
  • Coordinate and schedule resources, equipment, and materials required for project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, adherence to design plans, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Mentor and train team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
