What will you be doing?
As the Regional Manager NSW/VIC/TAS and based in Sydney you will play a crucial role in leading and managing Neurosensory operations across 11 clinics. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive sales and customer retention strategies to achieve and exceed regional targets, working closely with senior leadership to develop effective business strategies.
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple clinics, ensuring optimal appointment scheduling, cost management, and efficiency improvements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2 direct reports, ensuring they are equipped to manage their respective clinics effectively. Foster a high-performance culture and support their professional growth.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinic team, fostering a strong, supportive culture. Provide ongoing coaching and performance management.
  • Ensure exceptional patient care, address concerns, and maintain a strong local reputation for Neurosensory services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ENT specialists and industry bodies.
  • Ensure all clinics adhere to company policies, marketing standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead regional marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

This role is a mix of hands-on clinic leadership and strategic management, requiring travel across Greater Sydney and Melbourne with occasional travel to Hobart and our QLD Support Office based in Brisbane.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Allied Health industry, with demonstrated success in a leadership role. Experience in Audiology desirable.
  • A strong track record of meeting sales targets, implementing business strategies, and driving growth.
  • Ability to manage financials, control budgets, and oversee multi-site operations effectively.
  • Experience in recruiting, coaching, and developing teams to create a high-performance culture.
  • Confidence in engaging with stakeholders, including clinicians, customers, and industry professionals.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to managing daily challenges and leading through change.
  • Comfortable using business and clinic management systems, with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills at all seniority levels
  • Ability to travel on a regular basis

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
