We're seeking an experienced and motivatedPractice Manager to guide our clinic operations and support our talented veterinarians and nurses.

The Role

As Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the hospital, ensuring smooth operations and a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and mentoring a close-knit team of vets, nurses, and reception staff
  • Overseeing rosters, recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
  • Driving excellent client service standards and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Monitoring clinic performance, budgeting, and inventory control
  • Implementing and improving policies, procedures, and workplace health & safety

About You

You're a natural leader with strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for supporting both people and pets. You will bring:

  • Previous experience in a veterinary, medical, or similar practice management role
  • Certificate IV in Vet Nursing preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and team-building abilities
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement
  • Flexibility and a hands-on attitude to meet the needs of a busy clinic
