Are you a confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment? We're on the hunt for a strong, motivated Duty Manager to join our team and take the reins during key trading shifts at our vibrant Registered Club.

About the Role:

As Duty Manager, you'll be the go-to leader across the entire venue — overseeing bar, gaming, and bistro front-of-house teams. You'll be empowered to make critical decisions, resolve issues on the fly, and ensure our members and guests receive top-notch service every time they walk through our doors.

You'll report directly to Club Management and be trusted to run the floor, lead by example, and keep operations smooth and compliant.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the direct report and team leader for bar, gaming, and bistro FOH staff during your shift
  • Oversee venue operations and ensure smooth trading from open to close
  • Balance tills, manage floats, and perform accurate cash handling procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage any complaints or incidents professionally
  • Troubleshoot issues and make confident decisions under pressure
  • Ensure compliance with RSA/RSG, licensing, and Club policies
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff and patrons
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role in clubs, pubs, or hospitality
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Confident in managing cash balancing, tills, and gaming compliance
  • A genuine passion for customer service and team development
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
  • Current RSA & RSG certifications (mandatory)
