We now a Branch Manager opportunity for you to join our  Yatala team on a Full-Time basis.

About the role

The Branch Manager will report to the Regional Manager and is responsible for driving branch performance and delivering a high quality service to our customers.

This is a highly autonomous position where you'll be able to create your own blueprint for success while being supported by the broader CoolDrive network.

What your responsibilities will be

  • Build and represent the CoolDrive brand by delivering high-quality, reliable service and establishing a strong reputation in the region.
  • Support and grow the existing customer base, fostering long-term business relationships.
  • Oversee daily sales and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient branch performance.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to drive business growth and brand presence in your area.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the branch's success.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire your team to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Champion a culture of safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

What you will bring

  • Proven experience leading and motivating a team, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales or performance targets.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • A lead-by-example leadership style that encourages and energizes others.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with others across the business.
  • A valid forklift licence (preferred).
  • A current driver's licence (essential).
