At Queensland Country Bank, we're looking for a detail-focused coordinator to support our branch operations and procurement team. You'll be the person assisting to make sure the wheels turn smoothly — from managing supplier relationships and keeping branches stocked and secure, through to supporting staff with the systems they rely on every day.

This is a role for someone who loves variety, can juggle tasks and gets satisfaction from solving problems before anyone else even notices them.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting branch operations (cash, security, equipment, ATM fleet).
  • Improving systems, policies, and reporting.
  • Providing data, reports, and admin support for better decision-making.
  • Providing procurement support and building on supplier relationships.

What you bring:

  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Confidence with systems, policies, and processes.
  • Operations, procurement or contract management experience (banking background a bonus).
  • A "get it sorted" attitude — proactive, reliable, and collaborative.
