Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate educators to join Chermside Early Education Centre (EEC). We have openings for:

• Assistant Educators

Schedule: Monday – Friday, up to 38 hours per week (flexible options available)

Location: Chermside

Compensation: Up to $33/hr + super + 10% retention (based on qualification)

Assistant Educator

Provide high-quality care and education for children while supporting the room leader and contributing to a collaborative, engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily routines and program implementation for children aged 0–5 years
• Support children's learning and development through play-based activities
• Help maintain a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Work under the guidance of Lead Educators

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (minimum)
• Current Blue Card
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Passion for outdoor, nature-based education
