Your Role

In this position, you will:

Essential Requirements

Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Children's Services
  • Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management
  • Safe Sleep and Child Protection Training

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated experience as an early years educator
  • Familiarity with NQS and EYLF (or eagerness to learn)
  • Understanding of positive behaviour guidance and maintaining safe, clean environments

Personal Qualities:

  • Kind, caring, and gentle approach to children and families
  • Passionate about early childhood education
