Job Description: 

Have a strong understanding and knowledge of business analytics to enable and influence leaders to make sound talent decisions and promote employee engagement and healthy/positive/productive employee relations. 

Partner with client groups to build and execute upon talent plans in achievement of overall business strategy, objectives and goals. 

Identify and diagnose issues proactively and develop, recommend and implement root cause solutions that enhance employee engagement/experience and business results in a timely manner. 

Participate and/or lead projects and special initiatives within and outside the HR function as assigned. 

Promote high professional standards, positive interpersonal relationships and demonstrates L3Harris core values. 

Openness to working across Human Resources domains, including HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Total Rewards, and Organizational Development. 

Qualifications: 

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field. 

Geographically mobile and willing to work anywhere in the U.S. 

Preferred Skills: 

GPA of 3.0 or greater.  

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint. 

Experience/familiarity with Performance Management, Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Diversity, and Organizational Development 

Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, coaching and consulting skills 

Eagerness to continuously learn and grow. 

Team-oriented, builds relationships, and collaborates to help the company succeed. 

Strong analytical skills – can interpret data and trends and succinctly communicate and recommend decisions. 

Challenges the status-quo, links situations to the bigger picture, and innovates to solve problems and drive change. 

Demonstrated attention to detail. 

Effectively interact will all levels of management. 

Effectively navigates matrixed environment. 

Proficiency in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft. 

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$42,640.00 MIN - $85,280.00 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$37,440.00 MIN - $74,880.00 MAX].. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
