This is a dynamic and influential position for someone who thrives on connecting strategy with delivery, translating client needs into tangible outcomes that deliver long-term impact.
About the Role
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Partner with clients to understand their business models, strategic goals, and operational priorities.
• Drive account performance through regular reviews, data analysis, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients across multiple programs
• Oversee contract performance and ensure compliance with service agreements and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and align delivery models with client expectations and strategic priorities.
• Prepare and present tailored reports, insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement and business growth.
Skills and Experience
• Experience or knowledge within Employment Services programs is highly desirable
• Ability to interpret data, analyse performance and make evidence-based recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to prepare strategic reports for senior leadership and board audiences
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement
