The Opportunity

Parkside Community & Services Club is seeking experienced Hospitality members to join and shape our new team across multiple departments including:

  • Gaming
  • Food & Beverage
  • Kitchen Hands

As a new member of our team, you'll play a valuable role in building and shaping the culture of our organisation with direct support from our management team. With a focus centred on customer service, our future team members will be creating a welcoming environment for our guests to enjoy a high level of hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities - Specific to your area of expertise

  • Greet customers and take orders with a positive and professional attitude
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • Operate POS system and handle transactions
  • Assist with food and drink preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all service areas
  • Assisting with the operation and maintenance of our gaming machines
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for guests
  • Complying with all licensing, policies, and procedural requirements

What will catch our eye

  • RSA and RSG required.
  • Experience in gaming, hospitality front and back of house
  • A positive and friendly attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
