The premier health club on Sydney's north shore, with 5 boutique fitness studios offering over 230 classes per week, as well as premium strength and cardio training equipment, sauna and steam all under one roof - we are on a mission to redefine health clubs in Sydney.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and skilled instructors to lead our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes in our two specialised studios: StudioONE and RUN ATHLETIC. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring, developing, and delivering exceptional classes while upholding the highest standards of quality and member satisfaction.

Candidates must demonstrate flexibility in availability, being able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.

Our FIT HIIT Instructors are expected to set the standard for motivation and inspiration, fostering a positive environment that encourages both members and fellow instructors to excel and create memorable experiences. Strong leadership skills are essential for effectively managing dynamic group sessions while providing individualised attention to each participant, ensuring every member feels valued and supported.

Collaboration among instructors is key to delivering unique and outstanding experiences in each studio, ensuring that every class maintains a world-class standard from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading engaging and inspiring sessions, with a workload of 6-12+ classes per week
  • Conducting classes across both RUN ATHLETIC and StudioONE (both located at FIT Lane Cove)
  • Participating in ongoing training, support, and evaluation as directed by the club's Head of HIIT
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards in all studios
  • Fostering high levels of member participation and satisfaction in all studio classes
