With the ability to clearly and confidently manage large, dynamic groups while also providing individual attention across each session, Our team are the instructors every member aspires to be.

Collaborate with your team of instructors to deliver unique experiences within each studio, and ensuring each and every class delivered is a world class experience from start to finish. Enjoy the variety and challenge of working across 2 studios within one club.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Leading inspirational and engaging sessions across our 2 studios (10-12+ sessions per week)
- Working across 2 studios RUN ATHLETIC and StudioONE.
- Timetable and session delivery and class covers
- Join ongoing training, support and evaluation of your Fitness team under direction of club’s Head of HIIT
- Ensuring that all studios are clean, well maintained and perfectly presented at all times
- Ensuring a high level of member participation and satisfaction in all studios
- Preferred experience as a fitness instructor in a functional fitness style studio - desirable but not essential
- Cert III & IV in Personal Training
- Must possess a current CPR and First Aid certificate
- Have a proven track record in the creation and delivery of functional fitness style classes
- Be an enthusiastic and friendly leader who is driven by other people's success
- Excellent communication, problem solving, time management, organisational and customer service skills are essential

**Casual: 10-12 hrs per week**

**Casual Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour**

**COVID-19 considerations: Comprehensive COVID safety plan in club and adherence to all NSW Health guidelines.**
