We are seeking an Experienced Barista who lives and breathes specialty coffee. The ideal candidate is fast, meticulous, and thrives in a high-volume setting while maintaining a positive and calm attitude under pressure. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional experience behind a commercial espresso machine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coffee Excellence: Consistently prepare and serve a high volume of espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and specialty drinks to an exceptional standard.
  • Machine Management: Dial-in grinders, manage extraction times, and maintain the cleanliness and proper function of all coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinders, etc.).
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service, taking orders accurately and offering recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist the front-of-house and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.

What You Bring

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skill: Expert knowledge of espresso theory, milk texturing, pouring techniques, and grinder calibration.
  • Speed & Efficiency: Proven ability to handle high-volume periods without compromising drink quality.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and a strong commitment to your scheduled shifts.
  • Availability: Available for a rotating 7-day roster (including weekends, late nights & early mornings)

Our Trading Hours

Sun–Thu: 6am – 10pm

Fri–Sat: 7am – 12am
