We're searching for a skilled and passionate barista who can deliver consistently excellent coffee in a fast-paced environment while adding a touch of magic to every cup.

About the Role

As a Barista at The Hatter & The Hare, you will:

  • Prepare and serve exceptional coffee with precision, speed, and style.
  • Maintain consistent quality in flavour, presentation, and latte art.
  • Keep your coffee station clean, organised, and well-stocked.
  • Provide warm, engaging customer service that makes guests feel at home.
  • Work as part of a close-knit team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong barista skills and experience in a high-volume café environment.
  • Excellent coffee knowledge, including grinder calibration and milk texturing.
  • The ability to work quickly and maintain high standards under pressure.
  • A friendly, approachable personality with great customer service skills.
  • A team-first mindset, ready to pitch in wherever needed.
  • Prior experience is highly regarded, but we're happy to train someone with the right attitude and passion for coffee.
