Role: Barista and all rounder front of house

Frankston Waterfront is looking for a hardworking and customer-oriented Barista/all rounder to join our team. In this role, you’ll create high-quality coffee while providing exceptional service in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages.

Deliver excellent customer service and take orders.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe.

**Skills**:

- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred.
- Passion for coffee and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility for various shifts, including weekends.

Pay: $25.00 - $38.68 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
