At Mungallala State School, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality educational experiences that prioritise the development of strong literacy and numeracy skills in every student. About the Role
As the Principal, you will lead with purpose and clarity, delivering the department's vision through strong, strategic leadership. Your role will be central to improving educational outcomes for all students, ensuring that every learner is supported to reach their full potential. You will focus on developing the quality of teaching and learning by fostering a culture of high expectations, professional growth, and evidence-based practice. Through genuine collaboration, you will nurture positive relationships between students, staff, families, and the wider community, creating a safe, inclusive, and aspirational school environment.
Your Responsibilities
As the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
Set high standards for student and staff performance.
