THE ROLE

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed sales targets & KPIs
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences every single time
  • Driving brand awareness and building a strong customer community
  • Managing store operations, inventory, and merchandising to company standards
  • Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team
  • Creating an energetic, positive work environment that thrives on teamwork

  • Has at least 1 year of experience in retail or sales management
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Is goal-oriented and motivated by KPIs & sales targets
  • Has a genuine passion for health, fitness, and supplementation
  • Loves coaching and developing a strong team
  • Believes in delivering an exceptional customer experience every time
  • Has flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
