We're on the lookout for a Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Perth.

You'll be responsible for fabricating, welding, assembling, and pipe fitting high-quality stainless steel, steel, and aluminium products. We're all about workmanship, precision, and delivering top-notch results, and we want someone who shares that passion.

You're a skilled Welder/Fabricator with experience working on a variety of projects, from custom builds to high-quality structural work. You take pride in precision, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication and Welding: Perform high-quality welding and fabrication tasks across various metals (steel, aluminium, stainless).
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to complete projects accurately.
• Pipe Fitting: Assemble and fit pipe systems to meet food-grade standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure welding equipment is well-maintained and in safe working condition.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of work, ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with team members across operations to complete projects efficiently and on time.
• Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe environment for yourself and your team.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of welding/fabrication experience
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Experience in pipe fitting and working to food-grade standards
• Weld test will be required as part of the hiring process
• Current welding certifications are required for this position
• Strong knowledge of metal properties, fabrication techniques, and blueprint reading
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid trade qualification in welding/fabrication is a plus
• Forklift license or additional certifications are desirable
• Australian work authorisation is required for this position
