Responsibilities:
– Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and requirements.
– Fabricate and weld steel components using various welding techniques and equipment.
– Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
– Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and project goals.
– Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding or metal fabrication is preferred.
– Proven experience as a welder or steel fabricator, with a minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
– Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
– Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
– Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication and teamwork abilities
