About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Dermal Laser therapist to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert skin treatments and laser therapies to our clients, helping them achieve their aesthetic goals.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Performing a range of surgical and energy-based skin treatments including Skin Cancer Checks.
  • Conducting thorough client consultations in order to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
  • Ensuring the highest standards of safety, hygiene and patient care are maintained at all times
  • Educating clients on post-treatment care and provide ongoing support
  • Actively participating in training to stay up to date with the latest techniques and technologies
  • Contributing to the development of clinic protocols and procedures
  • Assisting with the supervision and training of junior therapists

About You

Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar role you'll have/be:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Nurse / Practice Manager in a similar clinical setting
  • Advanced training and certification in the use of various laser and energy- based devices
  • Queensland radiation Laser licence required
  • Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and patient care
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
