NDC are currently seeking an experienced surveyor to be part of our innovative, dynamic, and growing survey team. This is a remarkable opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders and contribute to survey, laser scanning, mapping and modelling for development, flood recovery and public/private sector projects.
NDC is long established and respected Surveying, Town Planning and Engineering firm working in the northern rivers for over 40 years.
We work right across the Northern Rivers region with offices in Lismore and Casuarina, with opportunities to be based out of either office.
The role will include:
Key Work Areas:
- Conducting cadastral surveys to establish and define property boundaries, easements, and land titles.
- Perform fieldwork using advanced surveying equipment and technology.
- Prepare accurate survey plans, documents, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with project teams and clients to address surveying requirements.
- Interpret survey data, aerial photographs, and legal documents.
- Stay updated on land surveying regulations and industry best practices.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines during survey operations.
Preferred Candidate Qualities:
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A passion for working with a top-tier team of professionals
- Previously completed a Bachelor or Associate degree in Surveying (senior role)
- Operating knowledge of Leica Survey equipment and Magnet and Autocad software
- Registration with the NSW Board of Surveying and Spatial Information as an Associate Surveyor, Graduate Surveyor or higher will be highly regarded
